BIRDWALKING AND MINDFUL WELLNESS EXPERIENCE

Antpitta Center is a new initiative that integrates birdwatching with nature-based healing (meditation, forest bathing, and mindful photography). It is community-based: it hires local guides, purchases from Mindo suppliers, and allocates % to reforestation/education. It operates within the Mindo-Nambillo Protective Forest and private reserves, following best practices (small groups, zero disturbance, zero waste).
